Before you start: Shopify compatibility (important)

OTP+ works only with Shopify “Legacy” customer accounts (theme-based login pages).

If your store uses Shopify “New customer accounts”, customers are redirected to Shopify-hosted login pages that third-party apps cannot customize. In that case, OTP+ app won’t appear on the storefront login page.

How to check:

• Shopify Admin → Settings → Customer accounts
• Make sure you’re on Legacy (if available)
