Understanding Visitor Logs and Intelligence

Securify provides detailed monitoring tools to help you track store traffic, analyze visitor behavior, and review blocked users. Inside your Shopify admin, you’ll find three main sections for traffic analytics and logging: Visitor Intelligence, Blocked Visitors Logs, and All Visitors Logs.

This guide explains what each section does and how you can use it to secure your store.

1. Visitor Intelligence

The Visitor Intelligence tab gives you a real-time overview of who’s visiting your store and where they’re coming from.

What you can do here:

• Visitor Distribution Map – Visualize global visitor locations, with traffic density marked from Very Low to Very High.
• Country Breakdown – Pie chart showing which countries generate the most traffic.
• Traffic Trends – Track visitor activity for the last 7 days.
• Filter Options:
• • All Visitors – View everyone accessing your store.
  • Blocked Visitors – Show only those blocked by Securify rules.
  • Device Intelligence – Insights based on browsers and devices used.

👉 Use this section to detect unusual traffic spikes, understand customer reach, and see how many visitors are being filtered out.

2. Blocked Visitors Logs

The Blocked Visitors Logs tab shows details about every visitor who has been restricted by Securify.

What you can do here:

• Summary View – See the total number of blocked visitors, restricted IPs, countries, browsers, or proxies.
• Detailed Records – For each blocked visitor, you’ll see:
• • Date and time of block
  • Visitor country
  • IP address
  • Reason for block (e.g., country restriction, IP restriction)
• Export Options – Download records in CSV or PDF format.
• Monthly Reset – Logs are automatically cleared on the 1st of every month.

👉 This section is essential for auditing and ensuring your restrictions are working as expected.

3. All Visitors Logs

The All Visitors Logs tab provides a complete list of every visitor to your store for the current month.

What you can do here:

• Full Visitor List – View all incoming traffic with details like date, time, country, and IP address.
• Blacklist IP – Instantly block a suspicious IP address by clicking the Blacklist IP button.
• Export Options – Save logs as CSV or PDF for further review.
• Monthly Counter – Visitor logs reset automatically on the 1st of each month.
