# Contact Securify support

Stuck on a setting, or something on your store doesn't look right? Here is how to reach the Securify team and how fast we answer.

## **Live chat (fastest)**

* Open Securify in your Shopify admin and click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner. Chat is included on every plan.
* **Support hours:** chat is answered Monday to Friday, usually within minutes. Messages sent at night or on the weekend are answered within one business day.
* Tell us your store's .myshopify.com address and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps.
